About Me
Welcome! 👋
Hi, I'm Marcin Wilk, an aspiring developer with a strong interest in modern technology. I am currently based in Tokyo, although I come from a small village in Poland. I study at a Japanese university, recently completed a three-month internship at an IT company, and I am now looking for opportunities to keep growing my career.
I've been building projects with technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Through one of the best self-paced online curriculums, The Odin Project, I built a solid foundation in both frontend and backend development. I am also interested in cloud architecture because I believe cloud is the future, and earning the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification strengthened that interest even more.
What makes it that I want to become a developer?
I enjoy building useful solutions that can make someone's work easier or more effective. Creating something practical and seeing it solve a real problem is what makes this path feel rewarding to me.
